What can you print in Edmonton?+
Almost everything on rayacom.com is produced at our 110 Ave NW plant: digital and offset print, UV flatbed and roll-to-roll large format up to 10 ft wide, roll labels, custom boxes, die cutting and full bindery. Specialty packaging runs are shared with our Vancouver packaging plant.
How big a sign or banner can you make?+
Rigid boards up to 4' × 8' on the UV flatbed, and seamless rolls up to 10 ft wide on our widest roll printer — larger pieces are tiled or sewn. Oversize rigid signs (over 72" on a side) are local pickup only.
Do you make custom boxes in Edmonton?+
Yes. We print, die cut and glue mailer boxes, product boxes and sleeves in-house. Send product dimensions or a sample and we will build the dieline and a white sample before the run.
Can I pick up my order at the Edmonton shop?+
Yes. Choose in-store pickup at checkout and we will email you when it is ready at 16936 110 Ave NW (Mon–Fri 9–5). Local delivery and Canada-wide shipping are also available.
What file format should I send?+
Print-ready PDFs with 0.125" bleed and fonts outlined or embedded work best. We also accept AI, EPS, high-resolution JPG and PNG. Our prepress team checks every file before printing.
Do you offer graphic design?+
Yes — our in-house designers can create logos, layouts, dielines and signage from scratch, or adapt your existing artwork for print.
